Sugar rush

Seems like Chino and I did nothing aside from eating sweets yesterday! Started off the morning w/ some pastries and headed up to Sacre Coeur. Its quite a hike, but this time I chose a metro station a bit to the Northeast so it wasn't too bad.

Here's Chino looking like she's going to push me down the stairs:

Outside Sacre Coeur:

We then stopped by Moulin Rouge, and walked down towards the Seine. Here's me and Chino by Pont Neuf. With the wind, its actually much colder than it looks!

This is where the sugar started. We went to Pierre Herme and picked up some macarons. We couldn't find a place to sit, so camped by a fountain at the beginning of Champs-Elysees.

Yummy Pierre Herme macarons:

We made our way up the Champs-Elysees stopping at Fouquet for some chocolate... and then to Maison du Chocolat... for more chocolate, and finally to Laduree but the line was SO ridiculously long that Chino and I didn't even bother to wait. So we just trekked along to the Arc de Triomphe.

For dinner we went to Breizh Cafe for some pretty amazing buckwheat Crepes et Galletes Normandes. We were so hungry and they were so tasty that I forgot to take pictures!
